Lifestyle Coaching:  Analysis and recommendation of daily activities of living, including type of exercise appropriate for your constitution.
Dietary Evaluation:  Analysis and recommendation of foods to encourage homeostasis moving the body towards optimal health.
Herbal  Recommendations (if appropriate):  Analysis and recommendation of herbs to encourage homeostasis moving the body towards optimal health.
Initial consultation will require a minimum of 60 minutes.

 

Nasya Treatment $45.00 - 20 mins.

Head and facial massage followed by nasal drops to aid in the relief of allergies, sinusitis, tinnitus and nervous tension.

Meditation and Pranayama $20.00 - 20 mins.

Recommendation and coaching on various methods of meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques).

Panchakarma and Rasayana Therapies Prices Subject

Customized cleansing and rejuvenation therapies, which may include digestive purging and/or specialized herbs.

Marma TherapyPrices Subject

Release of energy flow disturbances which inhibit optimal well-being via acupressure, moxibustion, color therapy, stone (crystal) therapy, etc.
